HR Executive
Salary $2200 – $2800
HR duties:
- Perform recruitment and hiring process
- Perfom employee orientation and exit interview
- E-payroll processing / CPF submission / Employee income e-submission (AIS)
- Handle staff insurance
- Handle government subsidy / MOM surveys
- Handle work permit / S Pass / E Pass / Foreign worker quota
- Coordinate staff training need with HOD
- Annual appraisal coordinator
- Recommend good HR practice
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Admin duties:
- Staff welfare arrangement e.g. transport, birthday, incentive trip etc
- Monitor and follow up on the office maintenance contract
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
