Job description:
– Strategize marketing directions including brand communications and execution.
– Develop executable plans to enhance positioning and perception of the brand.
– Responsible in media monitoring and market trends analysis so as to conceptualize, develop and plan successful targeted marketing activities.
– Work closely with Sales Department to plan and manage their communication needs, in-store promotions, coordinate event activities and marketing collaterals.
– Identifying potential joint promotional opportunities and develop appropriate marketing activities with business partners.
– Manage public relations with partners and end customers.
– Provide oversight to develop and manage marketing collaterals, websites and social media platforms.
– Provide oversight to organize and execute events.
– Plan, create advertising & promotion campaigns.
– Plan and manage company’s annual advertising & promotion budget and ensure effective return on investment for each campaign.
– Work with advertising agency on media planning, creative concept and campaigns.
– Delegate and oversee tasks assigned to marketing team member.
– Provide training and development to marketing team member.
Work requirement:
– At least 5 years’ management experience in A&P or brand management in FMCG industry, electronics or retail industry.
– Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
– Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
– Able to work within a team and to provide guidance and training to team members
– Willing to work on weekends
