This is a FULL-TIME position in NEAR DOWNTOWN MRT, SINGAPORE posted February 28, 2019.

Shipping Coordinator

Salary : SGD 2,400 – 2,500 (Depends on experience)

Work location : Near Downtown MRT

Working hours : Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Job description:

Create of job orders and process customers order
Coordinate freight shipment and Transport arrangement
Process and application of permit declaration
Prepare Billing
General operations duties that may also involve in warehousing

Work requirement:

Minimum a GCE “O” levels or Diploma holder
Prefer with 2 years working experience in Shipping Forwarding and/ or Logistics Industry
Customer service oriented and able to work independently
Knowledge of Tradenet, import and export procedures
Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
Good communication and interpersonal skill both written and spoken English
Proficient in PC applications particularly in Microsoft excel and words

Benefit:

13 month bonus (AWS)
Variable bonus
Medical & dental benefits : S$800 per year

[1st year pro-rated based on months of service]

Annual Leave : 14 days [for 1st – 7th year]; 21 days [from 8th year onwards]
