This is a FULL-TIME position in SUNTEC CITY, SINGAPORE posted March 21, 2019.

Temporary Accounts Assistant

Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,000 (Based on 1 year relevant experience)

Work location: Suntec City Tower

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable

a. Prepare cheque, interbank Giro and TT for payments.

2. Staff Claims

a. Ensure that claims are processed promptly, amounts are accurate and supporting documents are in order;

b. Ensure that claims forms are completed and approved by the relevant authorities;

c. Update medical records;

3. Accounts Receivables

a. Prepare billing, email/mail/e-invoicing to


b. Follow up on outstanding receivables;

c. Credit review for customers include existing

and new customers;

d. Key in receipts from customers

e. Monthly intercompany confirmation

4. Cash Book

a. Update cashbook in daily/weekly basis;

b. Petty cash claims verification;

c. Monitor Petty cashflow & cashflow in bank

d. Tally cashbook against bank and

intercompany confirmation;

5. Reporting

a. Monthly collection forecast

b. Monthly Cashflow reporting

c. Monthly/Weekly Receivable reporting

d. Monthly/Weekly Sales reporting

e. Quarterly GST reporting

f. Sales & Order forecast/budget

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting with at least

1-year relevant experience

• MS Office and SAP experience is a must

• Must be able to commit from May to

November 2019
