Admin & Purchasing Executive
Salary: SGD 2,000 – 2,800
Work
location: Somerset
Working hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Admin & HR
- Data
entry for expenses and membership data
- Arrange
payments to suppliers
- Maintain
office stationeries and supplies
- Other
ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Sourcing & Ordering
- Manage
inventory of items by stock check and making purchase to existing suppliers
- Source
for new suitable suppliers
- Collaborate
with in-house Design & Development team to develop new original products
Work Requirements:
- Able
to speak and write English at Business level
- Preferably
able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese vendors
- Highly
advantageous if able to speak Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking
associates
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office Applications
- Minimum
one year working experience is required
- Multi-tasking
is required
- Good
team player and excellent interpersonal skills
