This is a FULL-TIME position in Bukit Timah, Singapore posted April 30, 2019.
Marketing Manager
Salary: SGD 3,500 – 4,000 (Depends on experience)
Work location: Bukit Timah Road
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm ; Saturday 8am – 12pm
Job Responsibilities:
- To be involve in both digital and non-digital (traditional) marketing
- Manage marketing team, assign duties, set targets and KPI for employees within the department.
- Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop good after-sales care program / reward program
- Develop new leads, contacts and clients through advertising / communication campaigns / exhibition and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate marketing ideas
- Develop and implement CSR activities
- Develop customer retention marketing strategies
- Organizing educational talk, demonstrating / presenting products and services to commercial and residential audience
- Increasing brand awareness through content marketing, write copy for diverse marketing distributions on brochures, website, etc
- Implement and develop digital marketing strategies to achieve targeted and to reach the targeted audience.
- Develop, manage and reports e-commerce sales and marketing events
- Real time customer support
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Meet and exceed targets set for daily and monthly sales
- Assist colleagues when necessarily
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): good in digital, content and traditional marketing, good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, creativity, commercial awareness, excellent communication skills
- Preferably Managerial personnel specialized in Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably have passion for cars
