Customer Service Executive Cum Admin
Salary: $1800 – $2200
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
Working Location: Toa Payoh
Job Description
• Answer phone queries and attending to walk-in customers
• Assist in sales quotations, invoicing and issuing of purchase orders
• Assist in inventory management system, uploading new item codes, updating, and managing inventory status
• Follow up with suppliers to check pricing, stock, specifications,
• Ensure blanket orders (purchase orders & customers’ orders)
• Assist in sorting and filing of invoices and documents
• Generate and print fit test certificates
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification and Skills
• Minimum secondary education
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Relevant working experience in admin or customer service
