This is a FULL-TIME position in Toa Payoh posted September 24, 2021.

Position : Account Assistant
Working Hours : 8.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
Working Location: Toa Payoh

Job Description:
-Perform daily entry of AP and AR data into Excel file and accounting software
-Perform reconciliation of bank statements, invoices, purchase order and relevant documents
-Generate month end reports for checking and verification
-Liaise with customers on timely payments of invoices
-Prepare and compile GST for quarterly submission
-Manage petty cash and maintain payment records
-Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Possess professional qualification in accounting
-Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience
-Able to multi-task and work independently.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in Excel.
-Hand on experience in ERP accounting software.
