Position: Account Assistant
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 6pm
Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Working Location: Redhill
Job Scope:
• Handle Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
• Manage collection of receivables and invoice data entries
• Manage petty cash disbursement
• Ensure timely submission of bank-in and daily float reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing reports and journals
• Support in yearly audit and preparation of audit schedules
• Assist in other ad-hoc jobs / duties.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good to have knowledge on accounting software
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Dynamic and ability to work within tight deadlines
