Position: Customer Service
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
• Working days: ( One week 5 days & One week 6 days) / Alternat Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Communicating and coordinating with drivers & colleagues as necessary.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
