Position: Customer Service Officer
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 11am to 9pm ; Saturday, Sunday & PH: 10am to 7pm
• Working days: 5 days
• Working Location: Different outlets available (Walking Distance from MRT station)


Job Scope:
• Customer Services at front desk
• Attending to walk in customers, customers by appointment, fixing/rescheduling appointments and answering to queries made
• SMS reminder to existing customers for appointments
• Call or SMS reminder to new customers for consultation appointment.
• Responsible for “Hot Plate” operation for Groupings.
• Post of Sales System on issuing Invoices, Service Sheet and Customer Treatment book
• Updating and deduction of used treatments in both customers’ physical record and Studio Manager System
• Daily Closing Settlement • Responsible for submission of Outlet Reports (Operations, CRM, Marketing Dept)
• Outlet stock-take, administration secretariat activities
• To achieve targeted customer visit rate
• To assist in calling inactive customers to boost visit rate
• Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager ie: Conduct survey, distribute flyer, promote roadshow voucher, etc.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to the Employee from time to time
