Position: Export Account Executive (FMCG / Customer Relation / Business Development)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
• Work Location: Tuas
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for business development and execution for the export markets assigned
• Build good customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Periodical reviews of performance with distributors/customers
• Evaluate and identify the capability of a new potential customer/distributor
• Collect & evaluate market information on competitors, market behavior and develop action plans
• Responsible for improving visibility/shelf space of our products at all channels in the market
• Analyse P&L and sales revenue from individual customer/distributor
• Maintains records of contracts, marketing activities, pricings, etc
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and Code of Business Conduct
Requirements:
• 3 years of relevant experience and proven result
• Occasionally need to follow up with customers based on the export market time zone
