Position: Junior Section Leader
• Working Hours: 5 days/ 6 days
• Work Location: Island wide
Job Purpose:
Providing excellent customer service, assist and advocate customers in the frontline and also carry out food order preparation, cooking, cleaning, washing, sanitizing in the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and safety are in compliance to the SFA standards and regulations as well as the establishment standards
Job Duties:
• Serving customers in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• Performing order taking, attending to customer’s needs including handling feedback, manning the queues, food serving, cashiering duties if required etc.
• Housekeeping of the restaurant premises such as clearing the tables, cleaning, and mopping the floor, preparing the condiments, etc.
• Clearing all soiled dishes from the tables and prepare for the next set of customers by cleaning and sanitizing the area
