Position: Personal Assistant
• Working Hours: 9am – 6pm
• Working days: 5 days
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Chairman’s daily work.
• Manage and maintain Chairman’s appointment / calendar.
• Act as the center of communication for Chairman with other company heads, business units, directors and all external parties.
• Screen and prioritize all calls, mails and correspondences.
• Plan for Chairman’s outstation trips
• Take minutes for meetings and attend to personal matters for Chairman and family
• Assist in planning and organizing company events.
• Attend to ad-hoc projects and keep assignments as and when assigned as private and confidential.
