Position: Senior HR & Admin Executive / Asst. Manager
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am – 5.30pm

Job Description:
•Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including payroll processing, compensation & benefit, training & development & employee relations functions.
•Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment till the exit interview process within the company .
•Coordinates with internal parties, recruitment agencies, schools and job portals about job requirements and hiring
Maintain an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
•Handling employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
Prepare, draft and review job offer letters, confirmation letters, increment letters and any other HR letters .
•Liaise with the relevant authorities (i.e. MOM, CPF) on survey-related and compliance matters, including work pass applications(application, renewal, appeal & cancellation) for foreign employees.
•Assist in conducting annual performance & appraisal review exercise
•Conduct market analysis on salary benchmarking .
•Generating of HR related reports and assisting in insurance-related matters.
•Source and make travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors.
•Assist in organising company functions and staff welfare-related activities.
•Provide secretarial and administrative support to HR & Admin department and General Manager.
•Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned.
