Position: Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor
• Working Hours: Work Rotating Shifts, 11am – 9pm
• Working days: 5 days

Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for opening and closing of shift based on roster
• Responsible for daily store operations, achieving store sales and ensuring every customers receive great service experience
• Identify opportunities to maximize customer purchase through additional or complimentary sales
• Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any company promotions and mechanics
• Ensure exemplary customer service standards among the Retail team members according to the company standard
• Offer exemplary product knowledge to assist customers with their buying decisions.
• Handle customers’ queries in a professional manner according to the company policy and refund policy
• Ensure team member complete customer transaction in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect.
• Ensure accuracy in the collection of money from various modes of payment
• Ensure sufficient supply of float and safe counts are done daily
• Conduct random till checks during shifts, identify and investigate variances if any
• Ensure daily submission of till checks to finance department
